The marketing site moves to a token-driven design system: Tailwind v4 with semantic tokens (color, type scale, spacing, accent), Geist Mono for every technical surface, system sans for editorial prose. Five base primitives + four schematic primitives ship together. Engineering drawing of HRN-001 lands as the hero element until the May 11–13 photography shoot.
Three days to design freeze. Branding still ahead of schedule on most fronts; one open decision blocks the storyboard for the launch film. We picked a later launch over a worse film as the operating principle.

Entries are datestamped, terse, and concrete. Hardware photos and schematic snippets accompany hardware entries. Firmware diffs cite the commit. We try not to publish anything we wouldn't paste into an internal Slack — if it isn't useful internally it isn't useful here.
